猪支原体肺炎疫苗研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 猪支原体肺炎是严重影响世界养猪业的疾病之一,也是造成猪呼吸道病综合征的主要疾病之一。猪支原体肺炎的商品化疫苗有灭活疫苗和弱毒活疫苗。灭活疫苗主要激发机体的体液免疫,对外周免疫细胞的影响不大。活疫苗能够激发细胞免疫和黏膜免疫,通过占位效应很好地减少支原体肺炎的发生,但活疫苗肺内注射的免疫途径限制其大面积推广,辅以保护性佐剂可经肌肉注射达到很好的免疫效果。新型疫苗如亚单位疫苗和口服微球疫苗已经研制成功,但其商品化仍需一个过程。
