摘要
分析了 1996年举行的中港护理教育会议所得的来稿共 345篇。结果显示 :中国护理教育在不断发展 ,中国护理教育工作者所关注的课题与世界其他国家相类似 ,但中国护理教育工作者需要加速推展创新教育法 ,以培育能面对下一世纪健康服务需求的护士 ,并要加强专科护士的培训 ,在教育行政方面 ,监察及评估教育成效。
This research has analyzed 345 articles that were submitted to the first SinoHong Kong nursing education conference held in 1996.The findings suggested that nursing education in China is gradually developing.The issues that are faced by nurse educators in China are similar to that of their counterparts overseas.In preparation for a new generation of nurses in the new century,nurse educators in China need to promote innovative learning and teaching strategies,develop education for nurse specialists,strengthen educational administration,monitor and evaluate educational effects.The second nursing education conference that was held in 1999 indicated that nursing education in China is progressing.
