复杂腹主动脉瘤的微创处理 被引量：2

摘要 腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）是常见的腹主动脉慢性扩张性疾病，由于具有很高的破裂率，严重威胁人类的健康。国外研究显示，50岁以上男性的年发病率高达0．35％；而我国人口老龄化程度的提高、生活水平的改善，以及腹部影像学检查的广泛应用，使其近年的发病率显著增高。
