摘要
目的分析肠系膜脂膜炎的多层螺旋CT特点，提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析30例肠系膜脂膜炎的临床及MSCT表现。17例行增强扫描，8例经组织病理学证实，22例按CT标准及临床综合诊断。回顾所有CT资料，分析病变的部位、密度、强化程度、结节的大小、形态、边缘。结果30例主要累及小肠系膜，均有“肿块效应”，24例表现为小肠系膜的云雾状密度增高影，26例可见结节及“假包膜征”，21例可见“脂肪环征”。结论肠系膜脂膜炎的CT表现具有一定的特征性，结合临床资料对肠系膜脂膜炎的诊断有较大意义。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of mesenteric panniculitis on multi-slice spiral CT （MSC T ）examination and to enhance the awareness of this disease. Methods The clinical and CT image data were retrospectively analyzed in 30 patients with mesenteric panniculitis. 17 patients received enhanced scans and 8 were histopathologically confirmed; and the remaining patients were diagnosed by CT examination and clinical manifestations.The location, intesity, enhancement level, and the size, shape and margin of lesions. Results The lesions mainly involved in the small bowel mesentery in all the 30 patients, presenting with ＂mass effect＂ . A cloud shaped intensified intensity of the mesostenium was seen in 24 patients; nodules and ＂false capsule＂ sign were observed in 26 patients; and ＂fat ring＂ sign was seen in 21 patients. Couclusions The CT features of mesenteric panniculitis are relatively characteristic. CT scans combined with the clinical data is of significance in the diagnosis of pesenteric panniculitis.
