摘要
目的了解保洁人员对医院感染知识的掌握程度。方法采用自行设计的问卷对麻城市19所乡镇卫生院、4所市直医院、3所社区卫生服务中心、2所私立医院的共284名保洁人员进行问卷调查。结果大部分保洁人员医院感染知识欠缺,医院感染的相关法律法规不知晓,分区不明确,消毒剂浓度的配制不熟悉,不重视个人防护,手卫生知识没掌握。结论应加强对保洁人员医院感染知识的培训,建立有效的考核机制,控制医院感染。
Objective To understand the cleaning staff about hospital infection knowledge. Methods Self-designed questionnaire on the city＇s 19 township hospitals, 4 municipal hospitals, 3 community health service centers, 2 private hospital with 284 cleaning staff conducted a questionnaire survey. Results Most of the cleaning staff hospital infection knowledge, hospital infection related laws and regulations are not known, the partition is not clear, the concentration of the disinfectant formulations are not familiar with, do not attach- importance to personal protection, hand hygiene knowledge not available. Conclusion We should strengthen the cleaning staff of hospital infection knowledge training, the establishment of an effective evaluation mechanism, control of hospital infection.
