摘要
在资源型经济转型研究与实践中,注重资源结构和产业结构的同时,而往往忽视相应的空间结构重组优化。以山西省为例,分析了资源型经济转型的空间结构需求和空间结构分散化特征,提出应按照形成主体功能区的要求,优化产业、城镇和生态空间布局,实施"空间集中化"战略,形成高效、协调、可持续的空间开发格局,通过空间重组支撑和推动资源型经济转型。
In the research and practice of resource-based economic transformation, while the resource and industrial structures are paid more attention, the restructuring and optimization of the corresponding spatial structure is usually neglected. With Shanxi Province as an example, the spatial structure demand and decentralized characteristics of resource- based economic transformation are analyzed and it is proposed that the industrial, urban and ecological spatial layout should be optimized and a ＂spatial centralization＂ strategy should be implemented according to the needs of forming a main functional area so as to shape an efficient, coordinated and sustainable spatial development pattern and support ＆ promote resource-based economic transformation through spatial restructuring.
