盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及不良反应观察 被引量：6

摘要 疼痛是癌症患者最常见的症状之一，中晚期癌症患者约70％伴有疼痛症状，对其身心健康造成严重的不良影响。正确处理疼痛有助于改善癌痛患者的生活质量，增加患者对后续抗肿瘤治疗的信心。阿片类止痛药是治疗癌痛的主要药物，其中盐酸羟考酮控释片（商品名：奥施康定）是目前国内常用的口服强阿片类药物。本研究分析了我院肿瘤中心2012年使用盐酸羟考酮控释片治疗中晚期癌痛患者50例，旨在观察其对中重度癌痛的疗效及不良反应，现报告如下。
