摘要
针对越野车制动盘在山区行驶过程中频繁制动下产生高温裂纹甚至断裂的失效模式,通过对失效制动盘进行金相分析、材料成分、表面硬度测试等试验数据的分析,提出了制动盘一种新的化学成分配方。该配方重新定义了C、Cu、Cr等成分的含量。最后,通过制动盘抗开裂特性试验以及制动盘热冲击试验对比分析,新配方制动盘高温性能大幅度提升(按抗热冲击试验:提升100%,按抗开裂特性试验:提升400%),同时成本增加较少,具有较高的性价比。
For light sport utility vehicle brake disc in the mountains the course of driving frequently produced under high temperature crack braking and even rupture failure mode. We put to test on break disc such as metallographie analysis, material composition analysis,and surface hardness test and so on. We put forward brake disc a new chemieal ingredients. The new formulation redefines C,Cu,Cr and other components of the content. Finally,through the brake disc resistance tocracking characteristics test and brake disc thermal shock test compared analysis,the new formula brake disc high temperature performance improved significantly (by Thermal shock test : increased by 100%,by resistance to cracking performance test : increased by 400%). In contrast,it has a high cost performance.
