摘要
针对农民专业合作社存在的机理,尝试从信息不对称、机会主义、资产专用性以及交易频率等角度进行分析,研究结果表明:农民专业合作社能够部分解决农户与企业间由信息不对称引起的逆向选择和道德风险;合作社的内部制度在一定程度上能够抑制社内农户的机会主义行为;建立农民专业合作社能增强农户和企业的资产专用性,节约交易费用;农民专业合作社能够减少交易频率,节约交易费用。
In this paper,I attempt to analyze why the specialized farmer cooperatives exist from the point of asymmetric information,opportunism,asset specificity and transaction frequency.After analysis,I hold that：specialized farmer cooperatives can partly solve the problems of adverse selection and moral hazard caused by asymmetric information;the inner institution of specialized farmer cooperatives can restrain farmers from doing opportunistic behaviors to some extent;specialized farmer cooperatives also play important roles in enhancing the asset specificity of farmers and enterprises and reducing transaction frequency,which would reduce transaction costs eventually.
