摘要
通过正交试验研究了注射速度、模具温度和保压时间对注塑件几何尺寸、重量、翘曲变形、溢料飞边和拉伸力的影响 ,发现保压时间是影响注塑件质量的一个重要因素 ;通过对实验结果的分析 ,为注塑缺陷的消除和注塑参数的设定提供了有益的参考 .
In this paper, the orthogonal method is used to study the effects of injection speed, mold temperature and hold time on geometric dimension, weight, warpage, flash and tensile strength of molded part. The experimental results show that hold time is an important factor on part quality. The analytical results can be used in the defect correction and injection process parameters' setting.
