摘要 目的了解绵阳市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采集绵阳市9个区县812名儿童的尿样,用尿碘砷铈催化分光光度法(WS/T 107-2006)测定尿碘。结果共检测尿样812份,尿碘中位数为246μg/L,尿碘值<50μg/L的样本20份,占检测样本数的2.46%;<100μg/L的样本103份,占检测样本数的12.68%。各个地区、各年龄组及男女组儿童尿碘中位数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绵阳市8~10岁儿童碘营养状况良好,达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准;但仍需做好动态监测,科学补碘。 [ Objective ] To investigate the iodine nutritional status of children aged 8-10 years old in Mianyang City, provide the sci- entific evidence for prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. [ Methods] The urine samples were collected from 812 children in 9 counties and cities of Mianyang City, and the urinary iodine level was detected by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectra- photometry (WS/T 107-2006}. [Results] A total of 812 urine samples were detected, and the median of urine iodine was 246μg/L. There were 20 samples with urinary iodine value 〈50μg/L, which accounted for 2.46%, while 103 samples with uri- nary iodine value 〈 100 μg/L, accounting for 12.68%. The differences in the median of urine iodine among different area groups, age groups, as well as sex groups were not statistically significant (P 〉0.05). [ Conclusion] The iodine nutritional status of chil- dren aged 8-10 years old in Mianyang City is good, which has reached the national standards for elimination of iodine deficiency dis- orders. However, it is necessary to carry out the monitoring and scientific iodine supplementation.
