摘要
目的分析北京市学生第一恒磨牙患龋情况。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,调查北京市6~18岁城乡常住人口73 393名。按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学抽样调查方案》中的诊断标准检查第一恒磨牙冠龋和窝沟封闭情况。采用SPSS 13.0软件统计分析数据。结果北京市6~18岁学生第一恒磨牙龋均为0.03~0.51,患龋率为2.36%~31.67%,呈现随年龄增高而增加的趋势。9~11岁、13岁、15~18岁组城市患龋率显著高于农村(P〈0.01),8~18岁组城市龋均显著高于农村(P〈0.01)。7~18岁组女性龋均和患龋率显著高于男性(P〈0.05)。龋齿充填率城市显著高于农村(P〈0.05)。9~10岁组人均窝沟封闭牙数(1.21~1.27)和窝沟封闭率(45.12%~45.31%)达到高峰。下颌第一恒磨牙的患龋率高于上颌第一恒磨牙(P〈0.01)。结论北京市青少年第一恒磨牙患龋率随年龄增高而增加,城市普遍高于农村。下颌第一恒磨牙是青少年龋齿好发牙位。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status of caries and fissure sealant on the first permanent molar of 6-18-years-old students in Beijing City.Methods 73 393 students aged 6 to 18 were surveyed with stratified random sampling method.The caries and fissure sealant on the first molars were investigated based on The Guideline for the 3rd National Oral Health Survey,and the data were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 statistical software.Results The mean DMFT of the first molars were 0.03-0.51,and the caries prevalence were 2.36%-31.67%,both increased with the age of 6-18-years-old students in Beijing City.The caries prevalence rates in urban area were significantly higher than those in the rural area in students aged 9-11,13 and 15-18(P < 0.01),and so were the DMFT in 8-18-yearsold group(P < 0.01).The girls’ DMFT and caries prevalence were significantly higher than the boys’ in the 7-18years-old group(P < 0.05).The dental caries filling rate in the urban area was significantly higher than that in the ru ral area(P < 0.05).In 9 and 10-years-old group,per capital sealing tooth were 1.21-1.27,and the sealing rates of the first molar were 45.12%-45.31%,which grown to the peak.The caries prevalence rates of the mandibular first molars were significantly higher than those of the maxillary first molars(P < 0.01).Conclusion Caries prevalence of the first permanent molar in 6 to 18-years-old students in Beijing City increases with the age,and it is higher in the urban area than in the rural area.The mandibular first molar is more likely to be infected by caries than the maxillary first molars in adolescents.
