摘要
办公自动化系统(Office Automation System)作为当今社会企事业单位管理信息化创建的重要组成部分,第一代办公自动化的处理内容以数据为主,进而发展进步到以信息为主要处理内容的第二代办公自动化,现在已经发展为以知识为主的第三代自动化办公。随着知识经济思潮的飞速发展,办公自动化在平煤集团的设计应用的发展历程中不断汲取新的管理理念。文章描述了企业办公自动化的基本概念及应用范围,分析了平煤集团OA系统的设计与构建的模式,介绍了办公自动化在平煤集团的应用中表现出来的优点。
The Office Automation System（office Automation System） as the social enterprise or business unit management information to create an important component of the first generation of Office Automation in data processing content is given priority to,and then to the development and progress of the information as the main processing content is the second generation of the Office Automation,now it has developed for knowledge as automatic office of the third generation.With the rapid development of the knowledge economy trends,office automation in Pingmei Group design application in the development of absorbing the new management concept.This article describes the enterprise of office automation basic concepts and the scope of application,and analyzes the Pingmei Group OA system design and construction of the model,the paper introduces the office automation in the application of Pingmei Group shows the advantages.
