摘要
目的研究昆明石杉全草中非生物碱类成分。方法使用硅胶柱层析、制备薄层及Sephadex LH-20等手段进行分离纯化,利用文献资料、理化性质、1H-NMR及13C-NMR数据鉴定各单体结构。结果从中分离并鉴定8个化合物,3α,21β,24-trihydroxyserrat-14-en-16-one(1),serrat-14-en-3β,21β,29-triol(2),serrat-14-en-3β,21α-diol(3),21-epi-ser-ratenediol(4),serratenediol-3-acetate(5),21-epi-serratenediol-3-acetate(6),β-谷甾醇(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8)。结论所有化合物均为首次从昆明石杉中分离得到。
AIM To investigate the non-alkaloids from Huperzia kunmingensis.METHODS Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel chromatography,Prep-TLC and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified on the basis of comprehensive analysis of their NMR data and literature.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated as 3α,21β,24-trihydroxyserrat-14-en-16-one(1),serrat-14-en-3β,21β,29-triol(2),serrat-14-en-3β,21α-diol(3),21-epi-serratenediol(4),serratenediol-3-acetate(5),21-epi-serratenediol-3-acetate(6),β-sitosterol(7),β-daucosterol(8).CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Huperzia kunmingensis for the first time.
