摘要
为了满足智能完井和数字化油气田技术的发展需要,设计了一套适用于远程控制的井下智能节流器。介绍了智能节流器的结构体系和控制机理。通过ANSYS有限元软件对井下智能节流器结构进行了力学分析。采用流场分析方法对节流器的关键位置处流体的压力、速度以及温度场进行了分析。分析结果表明,设计的节流器结构满足要求,能为井下智能节流工艺技术的实施提供设备支撑,对相关智能化井下工具的研发具有参考意义。
In light of the needs of downhole intelligent throttling technological developmtet,a set of downhole intelligent throttle suitable for remote control was designed .The stucture and control mechanism of the intelligent throttling were introduced.The structural design and analytical method of the throttle were expounded.The ANSYS finite element software was applied to make a mechanical analysis of the throttle structure.The flow field analysis method was used to analyze the pressure,velocity and temperature field of the fluid in the key positions of the throt-tle.The analysis shows that the designe throttle structure satisfies the requirement.It can provide the equipment support for the implementation of downhole intelligent throttling technology.And it can serve as a reference for the development of relevant intelligent downhole tools.
