摘要
通过对某生猪生产基地原有废水治理工程进行工艺改造,用"O/A/O法+连续循环曝气系统工艺"的新组合工艺取代原有工艺,使高浓度畜禽养殖废水处理设施中COD的去除率达96.7%、氨氮的去除率达84.4%、SS的去除率达98.1%,且该工艺运行成本仅为每吨废水2.09元,在国内典型畜禽养殖废水处理设施中处较低水平。
The original livestock wastewater treatment process was replaced by a new process of "O/A/O + CCAS" in a practical reconstruction project. The new process has proven to be highly effective and efficient in treat livestock high concentration organic wastewater. For Chemical Oxygen Demand ( COD), ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids ( SS), the removal efficiency were 96. 7% , 84. 4%, 98.1%, every index have met the national standard GB18596 - 2001. The new process has the advantages of low running cost, which less than 2. 09 Yuan per ton livestock wastewater, can show great social benefits and economic benefits.
