摘要
目的研究盐酸洛美沙星滴眼液治疗细菌感染性外眼疾病的临床疗效,为指导细菌感染性外眼疾病的治疗提供依据。方法选择50例细菌感染性外眼疾病患者,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例;对照组采用0.3%氧氟沙星眼药液滴眼,观察组采用0.3%盐酸洛美沙星滴眼液滴眼,均为6次/d,每次1滴,7d为1个疗程;观察两组治疗总有效率、细菌清除率及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为96%.00,对照组的总有效率为68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者细菌清除率为95.45%,对照组的细菌清除率为91.30%,且均无不良反应,差异无统计学意义。结论 0.3%盐酸洛美沙星滴眼液对细菌感染性外眼疾病治疗安全有效。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye drops on the treatment of the bacterial infections of external eye diseases so as to provide basis for guiding the treatment of the bacterial infections of external eye diseases. METHODS A total of 50 cases of patients with bacterial infectious diseases of the external eye were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in both groups. The patients in the control group were treated by 0. 3% ofloxacin eye drops, and the observation group received 0.3% hydrochloric acid lomefloxacin eye drops, 6 times daily, with 1 drop each time, seven days for a course of treatment. The total effective rate of treatment, bacterial clearance rate, and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment was 96. 0% in the observation group, 68.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）; the bacterial clearance rate was 95.45% in the observation group, 91.30% in the control group; there were no adverse reactions in both of the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant. CONCLUSION 0.30//00 lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye drops is safe and effective in the treatment of the bacterial infections of external eye diseases.
