糖尿病足患者并发骨质疏松的相关影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析糖尿病足患者并发骨质疏松的相关影响因素。方法选择41例糖尿病足患者(糖尿病足组)、44例单纯糖尿病患者(单纯糖尿病组)、22例非糖尿病患者(对照组),观察各组临床资料,包括性别、年龄、病程、BMI、空腹及餐后2 h血糖、空腹及餐后2小时C肽、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血钙、C反应蛋白(CRP)、25羟维生素D(25-OHVD)、微循环积分。采用双光能X线骨密度仪检测各组腰椎、双侧股骨颈和股骨大转子区的骨密度。结果糖尿病足组血糖、HbA1c、CRP、微循环积分水平明显高于单纯糖尿病组(P均<0.05),而空腹C肽、餐后2 hC肽、血钙、25-OHVD明显低于单纯糖尿病组(P均<0.05)。单纯糖尿病组与对照组、糖尿病足组与对照组、糖尿病足组与单纯糖尿病组不同部位骨密度比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者更易发生骨质疏松,其并发骨质疏松与血糖控制水平、微血管神经病变、钙代谢、25-OHVD及CRP有关。
