摘要
煤磨袋式除尘器最常发生的安全事故就是燃爆。通过总结5个煤磨袋式除尘器的燃爆案例,根据含煤粉气体的特性,提出了相应的防燃爆调质措施;重点从煤磨除尘器的结构设计方面,提出了详细的防燃爆设计措施。另外,为使含尘气体达标排放,除尘设备正常运转,危险时刻自动报警,论述了各部位的检测装置和控制系统以及规范操作和定期检修的要求。
The most frequent safety misadventure for the bag deduster of eoal mill is burning and explosion. By summerizing five exampies of burning and explosion in bag deduster, and according to the characteristics of coal powder air, pertinent modulating measures of flame-explosion proof were advanced; and the design measures of flame-explosion proof were stressed on from aspect of coal mill structure design. And to make dust air＇s emmission reach standard,equipment run normally and auto alarm in danger, the requirements of testing device,control system,operation specification and periodic repair were discussed.
