摘要
结合功能方法树与TRIZ方法的特点,在充分发挥两者优势的基础上提出了发现问题解决矛盾的一种新方法,并将其应用到钢索夹的具体设计中,得到了钢索夹的改进设计方案,为钢索夹的详细设计提供了依据。
Product evolution process is the process of solving product conflict. How to identify and solve the conflict becomes a key factor for product improvement. This paper presents a new method to solve the contradiction, based on full play to the advantages of the characteristic function means tree and TRIZ method, and applies to the improved design scheme of cable clamp. The improved design scheme provides the basis for the detailed design of the cable clamp.
