摘要
导出了钢电磁铸造的理论基础 ,综述了国外此课题的研究现状 ;发现在铸型外侧施加电磁场抑制了液体金属弯月面的变形 ,改变了金属液的初期凝固状态 ,改善了铸坯的表面质量 .金属液的缓冷却凝固和润滑剂流路动压的降低被认为是改善连铸坯表面质量的主要原因 .采用改变铸型结构和施加电磁场的方法 。
The development of this research subject was summarized. The results show that the electromagnetic field, which was imposed from the outside of a mold, can suppress the meniscus deformation, change the initial solidification state of the melt and improve the surface quality of the cast metal. The slow cooling solidification and the decrease of dynamic pressure in flux channel are thought to be the main factor of improving the surface quality of the cast metal. It is possible that this casting method will be applied to the industrious process by optimizing the structure of the mold and the kinds of the imposition magnetic field.
