摘要
采用微波辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了自激发钒酸盐A3(VO4)2(A:Ca,Sr,Ba)。采用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、透射电子显微镜、荧光谱仪对样品各项参数进行了表征,研究了A3(VO4)2的光致发光特性,探讨了不同制备工艺条件对其发光性质的影响。实验结果表明,Sr3V2O8样品发光强度随退火温度而变化,在680~900℃时,其发射光谱强度随温度上升而单调下降,达到1000℃时开始上升;pH值为4时,样品的发射光谱强度最大。
Self-excitation vanadate A3 (VO4) 2 : (A: Ca, Sr, Ba) were prepared by the auto-combustionmethod of microwave-assisted sol-gel. All kinds of parameters of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, Fourier transformation infrared spectrometer, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, and fluorescence spectometer. The photoluminescence characteristic was studied, and the influence of the diffferent preparation conditions on luminescence property were discussed. The experimental results indicated that the light intensity of the sample St3 V2O8 changed with the annealing temperature, it decreased continuously with the temperature increasing in a range of 680-900 ℃, and it to increased when the temperature increasesd to 1000 ℃ ,otherwise when pH value was 4, the intensity of emission spectrum was the largest.
