小儿热性惊厥106例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨小儿热性惊厥(FS)的临床特点,为诊治及预防FS提供参考。方法收集FS患儿106例的临床资料,分析FS临床特点。结果 FS多见于1～3岁的婴幼儿,男女比例为2.42∶1,呼吸道感染(90.57%)是引起FS的主要病因。106例患者均获得随访6～58个月,平均27.0个月,复发70例(66.04%)。初发年龄小(<15月)、惊厥持续时间长(≥15 min)、发热1 h内出现惊厥是FS复发的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 FS的复发与初发年龄小、惊厥前发热持续时间、首次惊厥持续时间密切相关,应该采取积极措施预防FS复发。
