摘要
对某16缸柴油机润滑系统建立了完整的模型,选取325r/min至1000r/min内的5个转速,应用Flowmaster软件对润滑系统进行一维仿真,得到各处压力、流量的数据。仿真结果与实测数据吻合较好,从而为柴油机润滑系统的优化设计提供了依据。根据仿真结果得出结论:发动机主油道油压不够,不能满足润滑的要求。针对压力、流量不足的情况,建议更换新型油泵。对更换新泵后的压力、流量情况模拟分析,并得到了较好的优化结果。
A model of a 16 -cylinder medium- speed diesel engine lubrication system was es- tablished. This paper did the one - dimensional simulation for lubrication system of the diesel engine using the Flowmaster software and calculated the pressure and flow rate in 5 kinds of speeds from 325r/min to lO00r/min. The simulation results agree well with the measured data and thus provided a basis for optimization design of the lubrication system of the diesel engine. The oil pressure in main oil gallery was indicated not enough. Meanwhile, a solution changing a new ted and the test validation was also conducted. Furthermore, the oil flow and oil tion was optimized in new pump. The new pump can give the appropriate lubrica pump was presen- pressure distribu- tion.
