摘要
提出了一种在配调主站实现故障自动定位、隔离和供电恢复的方法 ,该方法建立在配网SCADA系统及完备的配网拓扑描述和拓扑分析功能基础上 ,能适应各种复杂的配电网络。文中对故障的判别、故障的定位、故障的隔离以及对非故障区域的供电恢复 ,进行了详细的描述。大量的实验室实验和现场实际模拟测试表明 ,该方法是准确、快速、可行的。
This paper presents an approach to realize fault location and fault isolation and service restoration in distribution center.This approach is realized with the help of monitoring and control function in an automated distribution system,also with the help of the whole distribution network topology.The proposed algorithm can mostly fit any complicated distribution network. Many laboratory simulations and practical test show the correctness of the proposed algorithm.
