汽车齿轮钢20CrMnTi盐浴渗硼工艺研究

摘要 渗硼可以提高汽车齿轮钢20CrMnTi表面的硬度和耐磨性。用盐浴渗硼的新工艺方案处理后,可获得渗层深90μm,组织为FeB+Fe2B的渗硼层,最高硬度位于20μm深度处,为1560HV。试验显示,试件渗硼层与基体亲和性好,结合牢固,不易剥落,满足汽车齿轮工作要求。 Boronizing can enhance the hardness and the abrasive resistance of the surface of the 20CrMnTi automobile gear steel. Managed by the new technology of salt bath boronizing,the boronizing layer as deep as 90 μm,and texturing as FeB+ Fe 2 B. The deepest hardness is 1560 HV,located in the 20 μm deepness. The experiments shows that the experimental boronizing layer coincides with the matrix. They are tightly united and uneasily spalled,meeting the requirements of automobile gear working.
