摘要
目的通过调查恶性肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管术后静脉血栓的形成情况,分析其形成的原因并提出预防对策。方法选择本院行PICC置管的患者分为恶性肿瘤化疗组和对照组,各100例,运用自制的PICC术后患者跟踪报告表进行观察和记录。结果恶性肿瘤置管后发生静脉血栓共5例(5%),对照组发生静脉血栓3例(3%),两组比较,恶性肿瘤患者静脉血栓发生率较高(χ2=7.986,P<0.01)。结论恶性肿瘤化疗患者从置管到拔管,应有针对性地根据各种血栓发生因素制订预防措施,防止静脉血栓的发生,减少重复穿刺次数,降低医疗用物的消耗,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的舒适度。
Objective To analyze the reason of its formation and put forward the prevention countermeasures, through the investigation of venous thrombosis after PICC for patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods 200 pa- tients with PICC in our hospital were selected and divided into malignant tumor chemotherapy group and control group, with 100 cases in each group, postoperative vein thrombosis of two groups were observed and recorded by self- made racking reports. Results Vein thrombosis of malignant tumor group occurred in 5 cases （5%） and 3 cases （3%）in control group, incidence of venous thrombosis in patients with malignant tumors was higher （χ2=7.986, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion From tube to tube drawing, we should make preventive measures according to various factors thrombosis to prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis targetedly, decrease the times of repeated puncture and reduce the consumption of material for medical use, reduce patients＇ pain, improve the patient% comfort.
