摘要
通过金相显微镜、透射电镜对厚度为 0 .1 2 mm Inconel71 8材料相组织、位错、二次相析出进行分析和力学性能实验 ,结果表明 ,固溶冷轧薄板位错密度高 ,为奥氏体组织 ,经时效热处理后在奥氏体基体上析出了弥散的强化相 ( ′相 Ni3A1 )和 ″相 (Ni3Nb) ,分布密度与时效时间有关 . ′相、 ″相的析出优先在位错区产生 ,时效处理后 ,冷轧变形的位错密度有所下降 ,析出的弥散的强化相 ′和 ″相使材料的显微硬度 HV、抗拉强度 σb、延伸率同时增加 ,合适的时效热处理工艺可以使显微硬度 HV 增加 40 %、抗拉强度σb 增加 1 8%
The metallographic structure,dislocation and secondary precipitated phases of Inconel 718 steel sheet of 0.12mm were analysed by metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope,and some mechanical properties of it were studied.It is shown that the dislocation density of the solid solution cold rolled steel sheet is high,and its metallographic structure is austenite.After ageing heat treatment,dispersive strengthening phases of r′(Ni3Al)and r″(Ni3Nb)are precipitated on the austenitic matrix,their distribution density has something to do with ageing time.The precipitation of r′ and r″makes the microhardness,tensile strength and elongation percentage of the material increase.When ageing technology is suitable,microhardness can increase by 40%,and tensile strength can increase by 18%.
