摘要
目的:评价多源红外治疗仪对活动性类风湿关节炎康复的疗效及安全性。方法:将56例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。两组均给予甲氨蝶呤每次10mg,每周1次,来氟米特每次10mg,每天2次;双氯芬酸钠每次50mg,每天3次治疗。治疗组同时每天给予多源红外治疗仪辅助治疗,总疗程2周,治疗1周、2周后评估。结果:治疗1周后,治疗组患者评价、医生评价、晨僵、压痛关节数和肿胀关节数较对照组改善(P<0.05),治疗组内各项临床指标(除血沉、C-反应蛋白、类风湿因子外)较治疗前有明显改善,而对照组晨僵无明显改善;治疗2周后,治疗组血沉、C-反应蛋白较对照组改善(P<0.05),其余指标两组间比较,差异无统计学意义,除类风湿因子外,两组组内各项指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多源红外治疗仪有利于类风湿关节炎疾病症状的改善和病情的控制,可作为物理治疗类风湿关节炎的一种有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of recovery treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with the multiple source infrared therapeutic apparatus. Methods: 56 patients with RA were randomly and equally divided into the experimental and control groups, with both groups given MTX (10 mg) once a week, Leflunomide (10 mg) twice a day and Diclofenac sodium (50 mg) three times a day. The control group was also given the adjuvant therapy with the multiple source infrared therapeutic apparatus for 2 weeks, evaluating both after a week and two weeks respectively. Results: A week after treatment, the experimental group had better improvement than the control group on the aspects of patient evaluation, doctor evaluation, morning stiffness, joint tendemess count and joint swelling count ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the experimental group was obviously better improved than that before treatment on every aspect of clinical indicators except for ESR, CPR and RF; while morning stiffness of the control group had no obviously improvement. Two weeks after treatment, ESR and CRP of the experimental group were better improved than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05), while there were no statistical significances between other indicators of the two groups. There was statistical significance (P 〈 0.05) comparing every indicator within the two groups except for RF with that before treatment, and there was no statistical significance comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The multiple source infrared therapeutic apparatus was helpful for controlling symptoms and condition of RA patients, so it could be effective means of physical therapy for RA.
