摘要
针对传统培养模式存在"教与学、理论与实践、学校与企业"相互脱节的问题,依据CDIO教育理念,首先设计了计算机应用型人才培养模式框架,然后以培养模式框架为中心,详细阐述了教学实施、人才能力培养方案,最后为了保证应用型人才培养质量,设计了规范的教学管理和监控制度.
To solve the disjointed problems between teaching and learning, theory and practice, and schools and enterprises ex- isting in the traditional training model, the paper first outlines the computer-based training model used for computer application ac- cording to the concept of CDIO. Then it elaborates the process of the education and the plan personnel competency development based on the training model. Lastly, the paper designs a system for teaching management and monitoring in order to guarantee the training quality.
