摘要
在石墨坩埚内 ,衬一层厚约 1 0mm的不同碱性内衬 ,加入 1 0 0g左右不同磷含量的还原铁粉 ,经 1 60 0℃ ,30min熔炼并对冷却后试样进行化学、扫描电镜和能谱分析。发现耐火材料中含有2 5 %CaO时可使金属中的磷含量大幅度下降 ,而进一步提高CaO含量可在一定程度上提高其脱磷率 ,但提高的幅度有限。熔融金属中原始磷含量也影响CaO的脱磷率 ,但原始磷含量达到 0 .1 %时 ,其影响已很小。
The lining of graphite crucibles was made of basic refractories with various CaO content. About 100g iron powder with different phosphorus content was put into the crucibles and then heated at 1600?℃ for 30?min. After cooling, the samples of metal and refractories were examined by chemical analysis, X ray diffraction, SEM and EPMA. It was found that the CaO in the refractories had important effect on dephosphorus. The phosphorus content in the metal samples decreased considerably when the lining had CaO content of 25%. The dephosphorus rate of metal samples increased in certain extent with increasing of CaO content in the lining up to 55%. When the primitive phosphorus of metal sample increased from 0.03% to 0.1%, the dephosphorus rate of metal sample increased, but it increased little when the primitive phosphorus increased from 0.1% to 0.5%. Some of substances containing phosphorus were found in the lining of crucibles. Based on the results, a mechanism of dephosphorus for basic refractories was proposed.
