摘要
目的 :分析卵细胞浆内单精子显微注射授精 (ICSI)治疗因少弱精及梗阻性无精症所致之不育症的临床效果。方法 :采用 Gn RH-α+ FSH/ h MG+ h CG促排卵 ,对成熟卵细胞 (M )进行显微注射授精 ,受精卵体外培养 3天后移植回子宫腔。结果 :6 7个周期获成熟卵 (M ) 5 86个 ,受精率 76 .2 8%。临床妊娠率 2 5 .37%。结论 :ICSI是治疗不育的有效方法。
Objectives:To study the Clnical effectiveness of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) in treatment of male infertility involve oligoasthenozoospermic and testicular or epididymal sperm.Methods:The ovary hyperstimulation protocol is GnRH-a+FSH/hMG+hCG.All matured oocytes,were injected with a single sperm.The embryos were transferred back to the uterine 3 days after insemination.Results:There were 586 matured oocytes obtained in 67 cycles,the insemination rate and clinic pregnant rate is 76.28%and 25.37% respectively.Conclusions:ICSI is an effective method for male infertility patients,involove oligoasthenozoospermic and testicular or epididymal sperm.
