斜齿轮传动啮合过程齿面接触应力有限元分析 被引量:9

摘要 首先运用PRO/E软件完成了斜齿轮传动的三维造型,然后在ADAMS中实现了斜齿轮传动的动力学仿真,得到了斜齿轮传动的啮合力、转矩等参数特性曲线。之后,将PRO/E中建立的斜齿轮传动模型导入到ANSYS中,将ADAMS系统仿真得到的最大载荷作为边界条件,对斜齿轮进行了齿面接触应力的有限元分析。将有限元仿真结果与赫兹公式计算值相比较,误差较小,验证了本文所论述的计算方法是可行的。 The 3D model of helical gear transmission was established firstly by Pro/E software in this paper. Through the dynamical simulations of helical gear transmission in ADAMS, parameter characteristic curves were got such as gear meshing force and torque. Then, the model, established in PRO/E, was put into ANSYS. The maximum load based on the data from system dynamics simulation in ADAMS were regarded as a boundary conditions. The finite element analysis of contact stress was performed. The error was small between the simulation result and theoretical cal- culation. It testifies that the method adopted in this paper is feasible.
