摘要
目的:对中医综合疗法研究治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变进行观察并分析其治疗方法和效果。方法:136例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,运用随机分组的方法将患者平均分为2组,即中药治疗组和西药治疗组,各68例。实验组的患者使用中药治疗法,以自拟方对患者进行化浊解毒、活血化瘀、疏肝和胃进行治疗,对照组则以西药叶酸进行治疗。中药治疗和西药治疗患者的治疗状况分析以及疗程结束后进行综合性分析。结果:采用中药和西药治疗该疾病的疗效比较,其结果发现实验组患者采用中药治疗的效果相对要好(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:中医综合疗法对治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果相对比较好,因此它对治疗胃癌前病症以及预防疾病进一步的发展具有一定的效果,值得临床上应用。
Objective：To study TCM Comprehensive Therapy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions were observed,and analyze the treatment method and effect.Methods：136 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,and by using the method of random grouping patients were divided into two groups,namely the Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group,68 cases in each.Patients in the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine therapy,from side Huazhuo detoxification,patients with blood stasis,liver and stomach treatment;control group treated with Western folic acid treatment.Comprehensive analysis of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment situation analysis and after treatment.Comparison of the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of the disease,the experimental results show that the group of patients with Chinese medicine treatment effect has relatively better（P0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion：the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has relatively good effect on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,so it on the treatment of precancerous condition,has certain effect and prevention of disease development,worthy of clinical application.
