摘要
我国高校创业教育经历了由创业竞赛至创业教育,由师资培训至学生培养,由课堂教学向多种模式转变,由知识传授向素质教育的转变四个发展阶段。当前我国高校创业教育的薄弱环节主要体现在课程设计不合理、创业教育师资力量匮乏、创业教育模式单一、创业教育配套机制不健全等四个方面。我国高校创业教育体系的建设思路为:构建科学的课程教育体系,建立完善的创业实践体系,建设优秀的师资队伍体系,构建完善的教育模式体系,完善创业教育评估体系。
Entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities has experienced four development stages as follows: from entrepreneurship competition to entrepreneurship education, from teacher-oriented training to student-oriented cultivation, from classroom teaching to multiple teaching patterns, from knowledge impartment to quality-oriented education. Currently, the weakness of universities" entrepreneurship education in China is mainly reflected in four aspects as follows: the unreasonable design of curriculum, the shortage of qualified teachers, the single model of entrepreneurship education, and the lack of supporting entrepreneurship education mechanism. To improve the construction of entrepreneurship education system in Chinese universities, we should construct scientific course system, set up entrepreneurship practice system, develop excel'lent teacher team, construct sound education model, and perfect entrepreneurship education assessment system.
