摘要
从蝴蝶兰组培群体中筛选得到3种蝴蝶兰组培突变体:缺刻型花,花瓣唇瓣化的非正常整齐花以及花色嵌合型突变体。利用50条随机引物对3种突变体及其正常株进行RAPD检测,结果发现RAPD检测对缺刻型花和花色嵌合型突变体有效,但是对花瓣唇瓣化的非正常整齐花无效。另发现缺刻型花存在个体差异,每个突变体的条带并不相同。
Three somaclonal mutants, namely unsymmetrical flower with incised petal and/or sepal, peloric flower with all three petals as the labellum, and chimeric mutation in Phalaenopsis flower color, were screened. All the mutants were compared and analyzed with the control(wild-type Phalaenopsis)by RAPD using 50 UBC arbitrary primers. The results showed that RAPD analysis was useful for the mutants with unsymmetrical flower and the mutants with chimeric flowers, but not the other kind of mutant. Further, different incised mutant had different polymorphic fragments with wide individual variability.
