摘要 分析了粉煤灰与碳酸钠烧结过程中可能发生的各种反应,通过理论计算,得出了各个反应的吉布斯自由能。当温度高于973 K时,各反应的吉布斯自由能均为负值,反应可自发进行。对粉煤灰与碳酸钠的混合物进行了烧结试验,并分析了烧结产物。理论和实验结果都表明通过烧结可使粉煤灰中大部分的石英和莫来石得到活化,有利于下一步的提取。 After analyzing the possible chemical reactions between coal fly ashes with sodium carbonate (Na2CO3 ) during sintering process, the Gibbs free energy for each reaction was calculated. At the temperature more than 973 K, the Gibbs free energy value in each possible reaction becomes negative, and reaction process appears to be spontaneous. Sintering test was conducted for the mix of fly ash and sodium carbonate with the product obtained analyzed. It was found from both theoretical and experiment results that most quartz and mullite in fly ash could be activated by sintering process, which would be beneficial to the following extraction process.
