摘要
为了延长草菇(Volvariella volvacea)采后的贮藏期,采用4种打孔膜包装方式进行保鲜处理,15℃贮藏。结果表明,处理组PVC12-6,即聚氯乙烯薄膜、均匀打6个(直径1.3 mm)孔包装,草菇储藏期最长,较对照组延长2 d,品质最好:硬度较高,失重率较低;在整个储藏期内,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性与可溶性蛋白含量相对于其它处理组较高;丙二醛(MDA)含量和蛋白酶活性相对较低。
Four types of perforated packaging film were evaluated for their capacity to maintain the freshness of Volvariella volvacea fruit bodies over an extended postharvest storage period at 15 ℃ Highest fruit body firmness values and lowest weight losses were recorded using PVC12 film (thickness 12 /υm, 165 mm ×115 ram) containing six perforations (1.3 mm diameter), and a high level of freshness was maintained for 144 h compared with 48 h for controls. During the postharvest storage period, levels of superoxide dismutase, catalase and soluble protein were higher, and levels of malondialdehyde and protease were lower, compared with levels recorded in fruit bodies packaged with other test materials.
