摘要
职教师资队伍建设是提高职业教育质量的重要保障。对人才培养质量标准内涵及制定原则进行了探讨,研究了职教师资人才素质要求,在分析广东技术师范学院职教师资培养现状基础上,从专业能力标准、普适能力标准、职业素质标准三个方面对职教师资人才培养质量标准进行了构建,并对具体内容进行了阐述。
The construction of teaching staff is the guarantee for the quality improvement of vocational education.The meanings and fundamental principles to construct of quality standards for talent cultivation are investigated.The talent qualities of vocational education teachers are discussed.Based on the analysis of the current situation of vocational education teacher cultivation of Guangdong polytechnic normal university,the quality standards for talent cultivation of vocational education teachers are worked out.The quality standards for talent cultivation of vocational education teachers are composed of three aspects： the standard of professional competence,the standard of general ability,and the standard of professional quality.Those contents of the three aspects are introduced.
