伴慢性牙周炎冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块中牙龈卟啉单胞菌牙龈素基因片段检测 被引量:5

Detection of gingipian gene of Porphyromonas gingivalis in atherosclerotic plaque in chronic periodontitis patients complicated with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的检测伴慢性牙周炎的冠心病患者动脉粥样硬化斑块中牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)牙龈素的2个基因片段kgp-cd和rgpB-cd,探讨2个基因片段的存在和缺失与牙周临床指标间的关系。方法 54例伴慢性牙周炎冠心病患者,对其中P.g阳性的冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块进行kgp-cd和rgpB-cd基因片段检测。根据2个基因片段的有无,将P.g分为A型和B型,分析不同基因型P.g与牙周临床指标的关系。结果 A型P.g的检出率(84.21%)高于B型(15.79%)(P<0.05);A、B 2种基因型引起的口腔牙周袋深度和探诊出血指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎相关致病菌在冠心病的发生、发展中可能起重要作用,kgp-cd和rgpB-cd基因与P.g的致病性有关。 Objective To detect two genes(kgp-cd and rgpB-cd) of Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g) in atherosclerotic plaque in chronic periodontitis patients complicated with coronary artery disease,and to analyze the relationship between the absence or presence of two genes and the periodontal clinical indexes.Methods In 54 cases of chronic periodontitis patients complicated with coronary artery disease,the plagues with positive P.g were detected kgp-cd and rgpB-cd genes.The extracted DNA was amplified with the primers designed to obtain the genes encoding the catalytic domain of kgp and rgpB,and typing P.g into two genotypes.The relationship between different genotypes of P.g and the periodontal clinical indexes were analyzed.Results The detection rate of type-A P.g(84.21%) was higher than that of type-B P.g(15.79%)(P0.05).The probe depth and bleeding on probing induced by different genotypes of P.g in atherosclerotic plaque had a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The pathogenic bacteria associated with chronic periodontitis may play an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Kgp-cd and rgpB-cd are related with pathogenicity of P.g.
