摘要
目的研究少棘蜈蚣活性蛋白对人舌癌细胞Tea-8113增殖的抑制作用。方法 MTT法测定少棘蜈蚣活性蛋白对人舌癌细胞Tea-8113增殖的影响,少棘蜈蚣活性蛋白按照不同浓度分别作用于舌癌Tea-8113细胞24 h、48 h和72 h结果在一定范围内,随着药物浓度的增大,作用时间的增长,少棘蜈蚣活性蛋白对Tea-8113细胞增殖的抑制率逐渐增大。结论可以看出少棘蜈蚣活性蛋白对舌癌Tea-8113细胞增殖的抑制作用呈现明显的量效依赖关系,时间依赖关系也比较明显,少棘蜈蚣活性蛋白有一定的体外抗肿瘤活性。
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of protein of Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans on human tongue cancer cell line Tea-8113.Methods The MTT assay was used to examine the proliferation of tumor cells,The active protein with different concentration acted on human tongue cancer cell line Tea-8113 24h,48h and 72h separately.Results With increasing drug concentration and growth time,Tea-8113 cell proliferation inhibition rate increased gradually.Conclusion As can be seen that the active protein inhibited the growth of tumor cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent manner,the active protein from Scolopendra subspinipes mutilans has inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Tea-8113 in vitro.
