摘要
基于CVRS系统的天津高校图书馆CALIS分布式联合虚拟参考咨询服务发挥了各馆馆藏资源优势,实现了各高校专家团队的联合咨询,但在服务过程中仍然存在问题。文章重点分析CVRS系统存在的功能缺陷,以及服务过程中存在的低知晓率和缺乏有效控制服务质量手段等问题,并提出对策,为更好地发挥CVRS的优势,提高天津高校图书馆CALIS分布式联合虚拟参考咨询的服务水平提供参考。
Calis distributed collaborative virtual reference service based on CVRS in Tianjin academic libraries gives full play to the advantage of library resources in universities, and realizes the joint advisory by university expert team. However, there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in the actual practical work. This paper focuses on the functional defects of CVRS, the low awareness and the lack of effective control over quality of service. Finally, some suggestions are given to better bring the advantages of CVRS into play and boost the service level.
