摘要
目的探讨左旋精氨酸联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗少弱精症的临床效果。方法将2010年9月至2012年9月收治的少弱精症男性患者226例随机分为两组。对照组114例给予左旋精氨酸治疗,治疗组112例在对照组的基础上联合使用复方玄驹胶囊。结果治疗组治疗后的精液量显著多于治疗前,精液密度、精子活动率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的(A+B)级精子比例、A级精子比例均比治疗前有明显提高,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合左旋精氨酸能更有效地改善少弱精症患者的精液质量,且未见严重不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of L-arginine combined with Compound Xuanju Capsules in the treatment of oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods 226 male cases of oligospermia and asthenospermia from September 2010 to September 2012 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group（114 cases）was treated by L- arginine, while the treatment group （112 cases）was given Compound Xuanju Capsule on the basis of the control group treatment. Then the sperm concentration,semen vol- ume,sperm activity rate,grade（A＋B）sperm proportion,grade A sperm proportion and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The semen volume after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the sperm density and the sperm activity rate were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05）;the grade（A ＋B）sperm proportion and the grade A sperm proportion after treatment in the two groups were apparently higher than those before treatment, but the treatment group was higher than the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsules com- bined with L- arginine can effectively improve the semen quality without serious adverse reactions in oligospermia and asthenospermia and deserves to be popularized and applied.
