摘要
从1950年共同开发概念被第一次阐述和1958年共同开发首次付诸实践以来,国内外许多学者对共同开发进行了研究,国际上在有争议海域出现了许多油气资源共同开发案例。论文根据国内外学者对共同开发的论述,从共同开发的定义、本质、分类、特征、模式和方案几个方面对共同开发相关理论进行了梳理。按照时间顺序列举了国际上共同开发的几个典型成功案例。根据相关理论和相关文献,用演绎法和逻辑分析法对南海油气资源共同开发的未来趋势做出了预测。
Since its initial elaboration in 1950 and its first implementation in 1958, the concept of co-develop- ment has been discussed by numerous scholars at home and abroad, while there have emerged many cases of co-ex- ploiting oil and gas resources in internationally disputative sea areas. In line with discussions on co-development in terms of its definition, nature, classification, features, modes and schemes by scholars in and out of China, this paper elaborates on relevant theories on co-development and enumerates some successful cases typical of co-devel- opment internationally in their chronological order.
