摘要
目的探讨糖尿病中医辨证护理方法及效果。方法选择2010年1月～2012年12月于笔者所在医院门诊及住院治疗的糖尿病患者72例,随机分为对照组及干预组,每组36例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予中医辨证的护理。结果两组患者进行3个月的护理干预后显示,干预组的生化及心理指标均较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施中医辨证护理,可明显改善患者症状,调节患者情绪,预防并发症的发生,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the method and effect of diabetes care based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 72 cases were selectted in the author＇s hospital of diabetes from January 2010 to December 2012,were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,nursing intervention group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation on the basis of routine nursing. Results Nursing intervention for 3 months in the two groups of patients after the show,the intervention group biochemical and psychological indexes was better than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM nursing for patients with diabetes can improve the symptoms,emotion regulation,prevent the complications,and improve the quality of life.
