宫腔镜手术治疗T型子宫成功分娩三例报告及文献复习 被引量：10

摘要 T型子宫畸形少见，其形成可以是苯甲酸雌二醇（diethylstilbestrol，DES）宫内暴露或其他因素导致的先天畸形，或闪周边性宫腔粘连使官腔呈现T型外观（图1）。T型子宫的宫腔狭窄，其所致不孕症和产科并发症的发生率高于正常子宫。多篇文献报道，由于DES宫内暴露所致的T型子宫町导致不孕、异位妊娠、宫颈机能不全、反复流产、早产和围产儿死亡。
