摘要
北京友谊医院在医保支付制度和医药分开改革中,深刻理解两项改革的内在关联,以医药分开为契机,控制次均费用;调整费用结构,提升管理效果;改进服务流程,提高医疗质量;以绩效管理为手段,提高医务人员积极性。两项改革取得了初步成效,2012年7—12月,门诊和住院服务量较2011年同期分别增加42.42%、29.18%,次均医保基金支付额分别减少11.41%、0.97%,节约医保基金4146.67万元、689.07万元。下一步将深入挖掘DRGs的作用、精细总额预付考评维度、多指标协同考评等。
The public hospitals reform in Beijing proposed new requirements for the medical insurancemanagement in Beijing Friendship Hospital.We took the following measures: controlling the increase of medical expenditure per patient, improving service processes ; adjusting the cost structure; implementing performance evaluation. Currently it achieves a good effect. The next step is to apply the DRGs tools, refine indicators and establish multi-dimensional evaluation.
