不稳定糖化血红蛋白与2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平的相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 血糖波动是糖尿病患者慢性并发症的主要因素之一，糖尿病患者血糖波动与血糖控制是同样重要的临床治疗目标。设想不稳定糖化血红蛋白（labile hemoglobin Alc，LAlc）可能在血糖波动指示方面有意义。
