摘要
利用UG软件建立了某引信的结构样机,并对该引信整机进行虚拟装配。分析了装配过程中的约束、干涉等问题,介绍了与生产相关的物料信息。利用Abaqus软件对引信结构样机进行了模态分析,获得了引信的前三阶固有频率和振型特征。分析表明,该引信的模态设计符合要求。
Digital mockup is built using UG software on background of fuze, and the virtual assembly of the fuze is performed. This paper analyses the constraint and interference problems, and introduces the bill of material(BOM) information. Modal analysis of the fuze digital mockup is made using Abaqus software. Intrinsic frequency and mode shape of vibration are obtained. It is found that the modal design of the fuze meets the product requirements.
