摘要
随着液压支架电液控制系统的用量不断扩大,工作面环境对电液控制系统可靠性的影响逐渐显现出来。针对液压支架电液控制系统使用问题,分析了各种因素对支架电液控制系统的影响;结合煤矿井下环境,维护管理等问题,提出了提高电液控制系统可靠性的措施。
With application amount of electro-hydraulic control system for powered support increasing, the influence of working envi- ronment on reliability of electro-hydraulic control system gradually appeared. For the problems in applying electro-hydraulic control sys- tem, this paper analyzed influence of every factor on electro-hydraulic control system. Combining the problem of underground environ- ment and maintenance management, measures of improving reliability of electro-hydraulic control system were put forward.
